This morning, I saw a woman sweeping the street with her broom. It was still early and quiet. The sky looked grey, but her broom moved quickly, making neat lines on the sidewalk. I noticed she wore a bright blue jacket, which was the first color I noticed that day. It made me wish I had my camera with me to take a photo of her at work.
Sometimes, I think the city is like a big art gallery. There is art all around us, not only in paintings and museums, but also in daily life. Street art, small cafés, and even posters for anime bring color and arts to our busy days. When I pay attention, I see that everyday life in the city is full of moments that look like scenes from an anime or a photograph in a real gallery.
