This morning, I went for a walk in the city park near my home. The sun was just coming up, and I could see people stretching and some children laughing as they played. I like to keep my mornings slow and quiet, so I walked along the path, listening to the birds. Sometimes, when I let my mind wander, I get new ideas for my day. The fresh air really does make me feel awake.
Walking in the park gives me time to think. I see how everyone uses this place to start their day. Some people go fast, while others go slow, just like me. I think these small moments help us get ready for busy city life. They make me feel more calm and happy, and they remind me to give myself a little break every day. Maybe next time, I will let myself stop and watch the ducks on the pond.
