I wanted to tell you about my Friday night. I finally watched that indie film you recommended, just after its premiere online. It wasn’t a blockbuster, but I loved the creative montage scenes and the flashback to the character’s childhood. The story had a noir feeling, with a clever antagonist, but it wasn’t horror, so I could actually sleep later! I left a customer review on the website, just like you always tell me to do.
Before the movie, I tried making a mood board for my retirement plan. I put pictures of places I want to visit, but also some security and investment ideas. I read about building a portfolio, and I even added photos of a small garden with peonies, chrysanthemums, carrots, garlic, spinach, and a pineapple plant. Maybe I’ll have time to grow these when I retire! The garden picture also had a linen tablecloth and a little statue that looked like a golem—I thought it was cute.
