I hope you’re doing well!

I wanted to update you about how I’m managing life these days, especially after my recent health check.

Last month, my doctor recommended a blood count and a quick consultation after I had some congestion and felt weak.

The results were mostly fine, but my blood vessel health needs attention.

Luckily, no serious bodily injury, just a mild condition that should improve with care.

One thing the doctor suggested was building core strength, so I started light exercises at home.

I use a belt to do some stretches and even try a few yoga poses.

As a coping mechanism, I’ve also picked up some hobbies.

Playing the drum and learning the guitar have become my favorite ways to relax.

When I feel stressed, I just put on some music and play along.

It’s not perfect, but it really helps my mood!

On the food side, I’m eating more beans and bananas for energy.

These changes are small steps, but I notice I feel better.

Also, I learned about carbon offsetting recently and started supporting local projects—it makes me feel better about my choices.

By the way, thanks for your suggestion about health insurance.

My copay for the last visit was lower than I expected.
