Couriers rushed to deliver packages, but many faced problems with soaked packages and delayed shipping times. Local resident Mike Lee shared his frustration. "I was tracking my parcel all morning using the tracking number, but when it finally arrived, the coat I ordered was wet. Some simply wrote, "NVM," saying they would wait for the weather to clear before complaining further.
Delivery companies said the heavy rain disrupted their usual routes and made it difficult to keep items dry.
