This morning, I walked through my street as the city started to wake up. Shops were turning on their lights, and people were already moving fast to work. The bus stopped in front of me, and then it took off again, full of sleepy faces looking out over the city. I like this part of the day because everything feels new.
When I walk on the sidewalk, I have time to look at things other people walk right past. I see small changes—someone has fresh flowers on their window, or a store has put up a new sign. Sometimes, a cat jumps off a wall and runs through the park to find something interesting. Life in the city is always moving, and I feel lucky to have all these moments as part of my day.
