The concept of the podcast is really about people like you, people who are determining the future of technology, which is basically the future of the world right now. There's interest in the story behind your public success. Do you like that concept? Not really. Not really, but because of your celebrity, people want to know about you.
I don't really see myself as a celebrity, and I don't think I am. Appearing on the bill, it was an unpopular view for a long time—a controversial effect. What we're trying to do now, with videos and computing, is different. At the time, in Silicon Valley, it was the era of the PC revolution. In fact, all your early customers were part of this—early chipset stars, the formation of the business and serious knowledge in the community.
Those people were the forefathers, and here we are, trying to create a new computing approach. This started 33 years ago. Maybe it didn't seem so important to you, but for the world, it was significant. In 2023, the whole world changed. How was that transition? Well, in order to create the future, you have to live in the future long before it happens.
