A surprising display in the city center attracted many people on Saturday afternoon. Outside a popular electronics store, a local street artist performed while standing on a large drum. He used a broom as a microphone and wore a bright red belt over his black jacket. Many shoppers stopped to watch and take photos.
The store manager explained that the performance was part of a weekend event to encourage customers to spend less time binge-watching shows at home and come outside instead. "We wanted to make shopping fun," she said. Some visitors said they loved the energy of the drum music. Others commented on the artist’s creative use of everyday items like the broom and belt.
The event lasted for two hours. According to the store, sales increased as more people came inside after watching the show. The artist said he hoped to perform again soon and inspire people not to just binge-watch TV all weekend but to enjoy city life together.
